I love carrots. I make salads just to have carrots. I nibble on them all year, and remind myself of the wonder of warmth and gardens.
In my opinion, carrots are one of the easiest, tastiest, vegetable to grow. I would even argue they are one of the prettiest. Here is a piece ode to my love of Carrots.
This ode to the pretty veggie has been sold. The new owner is now getting their daily dose of veggie color.
